About Bountiful Devon Rex & Orientals

Our names are Gloria, Stephen Brynes. We live in Lancashire with some beautiful country side around us. We have owned pedigree cats since 1974. Our first was a Burmese which we enjoyed showing. Then our three children arrived and the years passed by.

In 1988 we moved to Cornwall and decided that we were ready to be owned by a Devon Rex, having fallen in love with them in 1976. This is when we met our life long friend Mo Macdonnell (Philokalia Devon Rex) and where taken over by our first two Devon females, Philokalia Wendy Wirldenz and Philokalia Fairytale.
Mo and I have worked together over the years to outcross and improve the gene pool, first with a Burmese and then our British outcross.
We believe in breeding for health and temperament. These are of paramount importance. If you can get this right then quality will follow.
Occasionally we have Devon Kittens for adoption. All kittens are fully vaccinated, registered and very well socialised with other cats and children.
